Huudy is licensed, not sold. When you purchase a plugin, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it.

You agree not to:

• resell or redistribute license keys
• reverse engineer or modify the software
• use Huudy in a way that harms the service or other users

2. License Keys

License keys are intended for individual use. We reserve the right to limit or revoke access if misuse, abuse, or excessive sharing is detected.

Trial or promotional keys may expire automatically.

3. Payments

Some features or plugins require a one-time purchase. All prices are displayed clearly before purchase.

4. Refunds

We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if the product does not work as expected.

5. Software Availability

Huudy is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Huudy is not responsible for:

• any indirect or consequential damages

7. Changes

We may update these Terms over time. Continued use of Huudy means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Texas.
